本公司為防治工作場所性騷擾之發生，保護員工不受性騷擾之威脅，建立友善的工作環境，提升主管與員工性別平權之觀念，特依「性別平等工作法」第十三條第一項，以及勞動部頒布「工作場所性騷擾防治措施準則」之相關規定發布本公告：

1. 任何人不得對他人性騷擾或性侵害，亦不得於言語與肢體上有不適當之冒犯。
2. 主管對員工或求職者不得有明示或暗示之性要求、具有性意味或性別歧視之言詞或行為，作為勞務契約成立、存續、變更或分發、配置、報酬、考績、陞遷、降調、獎懲之交換條件。
3. 本公司於知悉有性侵害或性騷擾之情形時，應採取立即且有效之糾正及補救措施，並以保密方式處理申訴，並確保雙方當事人之隱私權。
4. 本公司就性騷擾事件之申訴，將由性騷擾申訴處理委員會專人受理，申訴專用電話：(02)2586-5890#60，申訴專用信箱：report@sansin.com.tw，我們承諾任何受理案件將全程保密並妥善處理每一項申訴，同時確保申訴人免受報復或不平等對待，該申訴管道相關資訊同步於工作場所公佈欄公開揭示。
5. 性騷擾之申訴，得以言詞、電子郵件或書面提出申訴。以言詞或電子郵件為之者，受理之人員或單位應作成紀錄，並向申訴人朗讀或使閱覽，確認其內容無誤。
   前項書面、言詞或電子郵件作成之紀錄，應由申訴人簽名或簽章，並載明下列事項：
   (1)申訴人姓名、服務單位及職稱、住居所、聯絡電話、申訴日期。
   (2)有法定代理人或委任代理人者，其姓名、住居所、聯絡電話；委任者，應檢附委任書。
   (3)申訴之事實內容及相關證據。

本公司為保障所有員工在執行職務過程中，免於遭受身體或精神不法侵害而致身心理疾病，特以書面加以聲明，絕不容忍任何本公司之管理階層主管有職場不法侵害之行為，亦絕不容忍本公司員工同仁間或顧客、客戶、照顧對象及陌生人對本公司員工有職場不法侵害之行為。

一、職場不法侵害的定義：工作人員在勞動場所遭受他人以言語、文字、肢體動作、電子通訊、網際網路或其他方式之謾罵、威脅、攻擊或侮辱等，以致於明顯或隱含地對其安全、福祉或與健康構成挑戰的事件。

二、可能造成職場不法侵害行為的樣態(參閱附錄五)：

（一）職場暴力。
（二）職場霸凌。
（三）性騷擾。
（四）就業歧視。
（五）跟蹤騷擾。

三、員工遇到職場不法侵害怎麼辦：

（一）向同事尋求建議與支持。
（二）盡可能以錄音或任何方式記錄行為人之行為做為證據。
（三）向公司提出申訴。

四、本公司所有員工均有責任協助確保免於職場不法侵害之工作環境，任何人目睹及聽聞職場不法侵害事件發生，皆得透過本公司申訴專線進行通報，本公司接獲申訴後會採取保密的方式進行調查，若被調查屬實者，將會進行懲處。本公司絕對禁止對申訴人、通報者或協助調查者有任何報復之行為，若有，將會進行懲處。

五、本公司對於因執行職務發現有危及身體或生命之虞，而自行停止作業或退避至安全場所之勞工，事後絕不會對其處以不利之處分。

六、本公司鼓勵同仁均能利用所設置之內部申訴處理機制處理此類糾紛，但如員工需要額外協助，本公司亦將盡力協助提供。

Sansin Builders donated 3 ambulances to fire brigades in Nanshi, Yumin, and Zhuwei of the New Taipei City Fire Department toady with self-less love and dedication to provide people in Zhonghe, Xinzhuang, and Danshui with better quality ambulance service and healthcare.

The Director of New Taipei City Fire Department expressed that Sansin Builders has been commissioned with many of public construction works beneficial to the community. In addition to many school projects, Sansin also had an excellent track record of building hospital/medical buildings. Examples include the Intensive Care Medicine Building, Sanchong Branch and Shuang Ho Hospital of New Taipei City Hospital, Fu Jen Catholic University Hospital, Hsinchu MacKay Memorial Hospital, Taitung MacKay Memorial Hospital, MacKay Medical College, MacKay Junior College of Nursing, Medicine, in its dedication to enhance the quality of life in Taiwan

Huang Teh-Ching, the Director of New Taipei City Fire Department stated that Sansin Builders donated several ambulances to the Fire Department, helping upgrade the lifesaving resources considerably. The dense populations in Zhonghe, Xinzhuang, and Danshui indicate a rising demand for ambulance services. To provide more efficient ambulance services and extended capacity require ambulances with better performance. The three ambulances that we received from Sansin are all equipped with gear and instruments of the latest model to better safeguard the life and properties of our residents. A successful rescue task requires not only professional skills of the paramedic but also excellent equipment and vehicles for better efficiency and better protection to those in need of emergency care.

To prevent sexual harassment from happening in the workplace, our company endeavors to protect our employees from the threats of sexual harassment. Constructing a friendly working environment, we dedicate to promote the supervisors’ and employees’ concept of gender equity in accordance with Item 1, Article 3 of the Act of Gender Equality in Employment. With reference to the Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace announced by the Ministry of Labor, we would like to announce the declaration:

Nobody shall harass or assault others sexually. Neither does any language and body infringement or inappropriate offend should be conducted. No explicit or implicit sex approach, language with sex connotation or sex discrimination shall be made by supervisors to employees or candidates in job interviews as terms for the establishment, continuation, and change of labor contracts or terms for exchange in assignment, deployment, rewards, evaluation, promotion, demotion, or punishment.

To prevent sexual harassment from happening in the workplace, to protect our employees from the threats of sexual harassment, to build a friendly working environment, and to promote the concept of gender equity among supervisors and employee, and in accordance with Article of the Act of Gender Equality in Employment and the Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace announced by the Ministry of Labor, we would like to declare the following:

Nobody shall harass or assault others sexually or make linguistic or physical offences.

No supervisors should make explicit or implicit sexual advances to employees or interviewees, nor express sexual innuendos or gender-discriminatory conducts in return for the establishment, continuation, and alteration of labor contracts or as terms for exchange in job dispatch, deployment, remunerations, appraisal, promotion, demotion, reward or punishment.

When the Company is made aware of any sex assault or sexual harassment, the Company shall act immediately and take corrective and remedial measures, as well as handling complaints confidentially to ensure the privacy of both parties.

To lodge a complaint on sexual harassment, it has to be done in writing with one’s name on it. If a complaint is made verbally, the handler or the handling unit shall compile a record, read it back to the one filing the complaint or have him/her read the record to verify its correctness and then sign or put his/her name chop on the record.

Complainer’s name, service unit, job title, home address, contact phone number, and date of complaint

In case of a statutory agent for a complaint, the letter of authorization should be submitted, containing the complainer’s name, home address and contact phone number.
