Organization

Through a flat organization, full authorization and professional construction, Sansin Builders has created its own corporate culture and organization. At the same time, through collaborations between our company and our partners, we have completed every project with excellent results.

  • Management department
    In charge of the organization’s core management, including human resources, the auditing of various departmental affairs, and procurement from suppliers.
  • Quality control department
    Is responsible for the management of construction, industrial safety, and quality. With multi-party cooperation between various sections and the construction department, it enables each of Sansin’s construction projects to achieve the highest quality.
  • Finance department
    Is responsible for the control of the company’s finances and related budgets.
  • Engineers
    Take into consideration construction safety, schedule, cost, quality, and environmental protection and make optimal decisions based on the professional judgement of designated engineers.
  • Technicians
    Recruit professional talents in different fields according to their professional competence. Seek workers and prepare materials and tools in construction projects in accordance with material quality, size, schedule, and contract requirements. Give construction consultation based on their professional capacity.
  • Architect/ Designer
    We collaborate with local and international architects and designers seamlessly to transform the blueprints into reality.
