本工程於2023年3月15日公告審查結果，由三星營造股份有限公司得標。

「臺北市立和平高級中學教學大樓新建工程」 基地座落於臺北市大安區辛亥段四小段 267 地號；工程規劃興建地上五層、地下一層之鋼筋混凝土構造建築物，配置圖書室、閱覽室、普通教室、行政空間、公共服務空間及停車空間等；本工程於2022年12月23日決標，由三星營造股份有限公司得標。
The beam-raising ceremony of the new Northern Taiwan Mail Operation Center and Training Center was held at 8:30am, November 26, 2021, reaching 36.675% of the construction progress and going ahead of schedule by 9.812%
Yanping Elementary School is located at Changji Street, Datong District, Taipei City. With more than 80 years of history, it has a close-knit relationship with the locals. Nevertheless, the buildings on campus were getting old, thus causing potential safety hazards, impacting the urban landscape, and lowering teaching quality. With inter-departmental communication within Taipei City Government, collaboration between the Department of Education and Department of Transportation, and careful planning of the architect, the school first removed the students, then demolished the old buildings. Although the tendering failed through many times, Sansin Builders eventually won the bid, after the New Construction Office of the Public Works Department reviewed and re-announced the tender. After effectively adjusting the construction process, it was completed in 2021 ahead of schedule to the jubilee of Yanping teachers and students who returned to the new campus joyfully.
The architect takes the design concept of “Urban Window”, uses simple geometrical shapes, perpendicular and vertical structures to give a balanced landscape-framing, in conjunction with elevation shadow and rhythm to create a brand-new and vibrant city view.
With the flourishing trees preserved, the new construction work is shared with the neighborhoods as an open campus. The idea is for the green resources to be enjoyed by all, to weave ecological awareness into the students’ learning process and for community residents to experience the refreshing rejuvenation brought by the new campus.
Sansin as the contractor built the campus with all the sincerity for a construction project, proactively incorporating new technologies such as the BIM (Building Information Modeling) to complete the construction process and interface review in a 3D visual fashion. The BIM technology has not only clarified the confusion from construction drawings but also enhanced the construction efficacy to complete all targets ahead of schedule with quality guaranteed.

Huang Teh-Ching, the Director of New Taipei City Fire Department stated that Sansin Builders donated several ambulances to the Fire Department, helping upgrade the lifesaving resources considerably. The dense populations in Zhonghe, Xinzhuang, and Danshui indicate a rising demand for ambulance services. To provide more efficient ambulance services and extended capacity require ambulances with better performance. The three ambulances that we received from Sansin are all equipped with gear and instruments of the latest model to better safeguard the life and properties of our residents. A successful rescue task requires not only professional skills of the paramedic but also excellent equipment and vehicles for better efficiency and better protection to those in need of emergency care.

The evaluation and selection committee was held on October 19, 2020, and Sansin came out on top as the most advantageous tender, given the evaluation and voting by the attending committee members.
The “New Construction Project of Dongying Community Social Welfare, Wanlong” in Wenshan District is a building integrating diverse resources of social welfare, civil service, healthcare service, labor consultation, and education. Built as a six-story building with a two-story basement, the project was on a land of 10,000 sq. m. to offer miscellaneous social welfare services to babies, children, seniors, women, and the disabled, plus region-specific welfare services. The tender of the construction project was finalized and awarded to Sansin Builders on July 28, 2020. The total construction expenditure was about NT$ 1.3 billon. The project started in October 2020 and is scheduled to obtain the building use permit in June 2023.

It is the first hospital built by the regional government in the manner of BOT, being the only children’s hospital of the medical-center grade in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli region for people from zero to eighteen years old. McKay Hospital invested NT$ 3 billion in building this medical-center grade children’s hospital, which has 4 levels underground and 10 levels above, set to obtain the silver-level green architecture and smart architecture certifications. Considering the development of medical services to children in Hsinchu areas for the next five decades, it will provide all-in-one services for women and children, including medical services for pregnant women, delivery and so on. Equipped with two delivery tables, a newborn babies ward, and ICU, there will be departments for the provision of early-intervention healthcare services to children and mental and physical health consultation for youth. There will also be space for special medical healthcare, such as special psychiatric care for children, genetic and reproductive medicine, high risk pregnancy, and more.
